My creepy Ninfia OC, Frankie,
I used to think ninfia's are really cute but then....when you REALLY think about it..their ribbons are made of flesh...they're not like...ribbons..the ones we wear....
So i made her look cute but have a really creepy personality...
As a kid she read alot of those really cliched scientist novels and it becam her dream to be like them (a really cliched scientist)
she likes to disect things and would want to conduct an experiment on you if she finds you interesting OvO
more later..

I hate to admit, something's been bugging me about Sylveon (Ninfia). It's not its creepy personality, it's just overdetailed- did you know they're fairy types, not ghost.
